Viking accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties generally increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

Days Prior to Departure	Cancellation Charge
121 days or more	$100 per person
120 to 90 days	15% of total fare
89 to 60 days	35% of total fare
59 to 30 days	50% of total fare
29 to 15 days	80% of total fare
14 to 1 days	100% of total fare

*Revisions/Changes: Once a booking has a deposit, all changes are subject to a $30.00 change charge.

Viking River Cruises does not refund in the event of cancellations on the day of departure or "no shows," or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the cruise. Please notify your Vacations To Go travel counselor immediately of any cancellations or changes. The above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotels and/or other independent service suppliers.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
